If you sign up for our First Adventure Club, we collect your email address, optional first name, stroller interest (single, double or both), consent selection, and any referral information associated with your signup link.
How we use it
We use your details to maintain the waitlist, understand interest in our upcoming strollers, send the updates you ask for, and assess which launch campaigns bring people to our website. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email or by contacting us.
Service providers
When this site is hosted on Netlify, Netlify processes waitlist form submissions on our behalf. If you receive email updates from us, an email marketing service may process your subscription information so that we can deliver those messages and honor unsubscribe requests.
Information sharing
We do not intend to sell waitlist email addresses. We may share data with service providers who help operate the website and manage communications, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. We keep signup information only as long as reasonably needed to communicate about SPIVELLA, handle requests, and meet relevant legal obligations. No security measure is perfect.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist information by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; this does not prevent necessary replies to requests you send us.
